Interesting Hard Disk Viewer

I've come across this utility that shows a view of your hard disk using Squarified Tree Maps. At allows you to view your whole hard disk at once and makes it really easy to find out which files are taking up all the space. Its free and you can download it from here.

Webcam of Longsands, Tynemouth

  1. Longsands is a beach that connects Cullercoats and Tynemouth on the North East coast of England, about half a mile from my home. Believe it or not plenty of people surf there (yes, in the North Sea!), including the British champion Sam Lamiroy, who originates from Tynemouth.

Keldgate Cup 2005 Movie

I've created a movie using the photo's I took at the party after this years Keldgate Cup. Its a family event that is held every year, and this year was in Norfolk.

Click this link to download the video.

The music I've used is called 'Summertime' by The Sundays. I thought the title was appropriate.

Its 5mb so it may take a little while if you have a slow connection. Hope you like it.

If you would like a bigger version, that you could watch on TV I can arrange it, just let me know.

For Martha et al!

I've just digitised an interesting document about an old farm and village in Norfolk, England. Its called 'A History of Spixworth and Grange Farm'. It's an interesting read with a story that spans from Saxon times to the present day, and from a population of 10 or so at the time of the Domesday book, to 3500+.

The document is available in an Adobe .pdf file, so you will need Adobe Acrobat to read the file. This can be downloaded for free from here: Adobe Acrobat Reader

The document itself is here: A History Of Spixworth and Grange Farm.
